Hellions # 7is set to take place in the aftershock ofthe upcoming decade - homo eventX of Swords . The event will sport ten of Krakoa ’s sport wielding powerful blades to fight the Swordbearers of Arakko , an ancient foe that has ties with Apocalypse . Many mysteries surround these new villain , but Arakko , the domain from which they come , is a live island that used to be attached to Krakoa . Ever since the “ Dawn of ex ” began with Earth ’s variation carve up off andcreating their own res publica , the X - humankind have been divided on a variety of mission . X of Swords , however , will bring everyone together and alter the course of the X - valet ’s future .

The squad was establish after Mister Sinister suggested that some of Krakoa ’s less trustworthy mutants be used in missions where corroborative price was n’t an military issue . Unfortunately for this dance band of misfit , their adventures will go awry in December . Hellions # 7 , save by Zeb Wells with art by Stephen Segovia , will see the team perish . No news has shown how this will come about , but the cover song art for the yield shows Mister Sinister hollo over a gravestone , which confirm that thing wo n’t go too well for the Hellions . Despite Mister Sinister ’s weeping on the cover , the outline shows that the X - Men ’s former antagonist may not be as genuine as everyone has been precede to consider . The Hellions have already learned thatMister Sinister has countless skeletons in his closet(or rather corpses in his basement ) and it would not be out of character for him to be scheming behind the backs of the rest of the Krakoans . He may even play a role in the team ’s death . This is especially potential as " Mutant butchery " is also the name of a 1986X - Menstory in which Sinister presided over the mass slaughter of refugee mutants , making the term synonymous with his personal brand of contaminating human action .
One of the not bad discovery for the X - Men in their current run is that expiry is not a huge job for Earth ’s mutants anymore . Thanks to the coalesce powers of a select chemical group of mutation , practically any resident physician of Krakoa can beresurrected from the dead . With this resolution in position , it seems like last is not a threat any longer .
